My name is Kyle Libby, and I am a professional trainer with 17 years experience. I've been certified by the NSCA, one of the most prestigious organizations for personal training, for the past 11 years. I maintain my professional accreditation by regularly attending seminars, conferences and workshops.

I consider myself privileged to do work that I love. It gives me great satisfaction to help clients both attain and maintain a healthy lifestyle and reach their fitness goals.


Each training program begins with a comprehensive consultation. We will discuss your exercise and health history as well as your future fitness ambitions. With these goals in place, we can design a program that is safe, effective, and rewarding.


Each private or semi-private session includes cardiovascular work, strength and flexibility training and the development of muscular endurance. I vary the training techniques to make sure workouts are always fun and challenging.
